2010: A Year of Transformation

I finally get a chance to sit and down and update this! I hope all is well with each of you and Happy New Year to You!!!

This past year has been so many changes and emotions that I do not know where to begin...

JOB: I started the year really feeling like that was that it was time for a real change. No matter what I did to help take the company to the next level that at the end of the day I was emotionally and physically exhausted. Earlier in the year I took some time off to see if this job was my calling and I just running from new opportunities or did I need to some major soul searching and find out what my true passion is and go after it with no regrets. After the time end I decided to stay with them a little while longer just to see happens. I hope 2011 will be better than this year until then the story continues.

SCHOOL: For those who do not I know I am still in it. Had some setbacks that force me to take a break for minute but its not over and in fact I am in the final stages so stay tuned for when i announce about graduation!! Of course the road does not end there...the learning curve is always going on in my world so stay tuned!!

FAMILY & FRIENDS: It amazing to me as you go this thing called life when times get rough you find out who is really truly there for you. for instance: On September 11th a day as a country we will never but after ten years of a long illness my father passed away.... Right now my emotions are raw, real, and valid. I have had some really good days but there have been nights that just seem unbearable.... Someone once told me that you are the strongest one but i really believe that in life its the moments and memories you shared make life worth living. It also the people that you surround yourself with that make it much more meaningful. I am thankful for everyone who been in my life in past, present, and the future. Too many times we so caught up in our world that we forget just you being there makes all the difference!

Remember the good times, fun times, the time you laughed together, the time you cried together because in the end those are the moments that keep at peace when you feel like you can't go on other day. So if you someone that you have not reach out to them in a long time do it today!!! Live, Laugh, and Love like its your last moment here on earth. Don't spend your time doing coulda, woulda, shoulda when you can do it right now...tomorrow is not promised at all so live everyday like its your last here on earth!! So I end the year more at peace but hopeful the best is yet to come so stay tuned!!

If you could only see
That I was not put here for you
To judge me and dispute my in most truth

And after all these years of enmity, envy, and tears
It's a shame you don't know me at all

I was wondering would you cry for me
If I told that I couldn't breathe
If I was drowning, suffocating
If I told I couldn't breathe

Those ageless buried recollections
We transform them and select them
You have yours, I have mine that is fine

I was wondering
Would you reach for me
If you saw I was lanugshing
I was wondering would you cry for me
If I told that I couldn't breathe
If I was drowning, suffocating
If I told I couldn't breathe

45 Lessons in Life

I got this email from one of my co-workers today and what this lady is saying was like..I need to hear this! Here you go!

45 Lessons In Life

Written By Regina Brett, 90 years old, of The Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is
the most-requested column I've ever written."

My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents
will. Stay in touch.

5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.

9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.

12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.

13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is
all about.

14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.

15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never

16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.

17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.

19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to
you and no one else.

20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an

21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save
it for a special occasion. Today is special.

22. Over prepare, then go with the flow.

23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.

24. The most important sex organ is the brain.

25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.

26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this

27. Always choose life.

28. Forgive everyone everything.

29. What other people think of you is none of your business.

30. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.

31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

33. Believe in miracles.

34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or
didn't do.

35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.

36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.

37. Your children get only one childhood.

38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.

39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.

40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else's,we'd grab
ours back.

41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.

42. The best is yet to come.

43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

44. Yield.

45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

After reading this had to i share it and hopefully it will help someone else as well as me! I know I need to an update but you will get this for now!

Do you think people deserve second chances?

To me depends on what happen in the situation. No one is perfect and at the end of the day we all are human. It up the parties involved to see if the relationship is worth fighting for.

Say What...Am I Updating!

Hi There!

Yes I know it has been a long time since the last time I post. Things have been a whirlwind in so many ways. But eventfully it start to slow down. One of the most recent things that has happen was one of my co-workers daughter passed away two weeks ago. I have had my moments about it even though I knew that she had been sick for a very long time. I do know that she is end a better place and one day her family in see her again. On another note for those who don't know I am back in school! Really?

Actually I just finish my last exam on last night. Yes! I think I did well on it. I did not realize how much I miss learning on that level until I got back into it. I must there have been moments where I thought...what now? Then there have been those I feel like I can do anything I put my mind. Plus having a great support system that I can go to has really helped in those times when I need to. There is much more I want to say but it have wait until next time. But for now I am going to leave with this message.

Quote of the Week:

What I feel being a human being is just having the freedom to be yourself not caring what other people think just having that freedom to be you and not being afraid. Because if you not yourself than who are you? -The intro of her latest album Human, Brandy
